For the last year I have tipped 20% even for carryout as I appreciate them just showing up to work. So we asked her again if we could please have 4 pieces. Nathalie came back and said yes it was available. And when we saw no chocolate cake in the case, we asked the cashier if it was available as we wanted 4 pieces. I had called during the week to find out how many ounces were in a large versus small container and was told they count 'servings' not ounces (altho their nutritional info on their website shows a serving as 4 ounces) FYI a large container is 16 oz and a small 8 oz -yes we brought a small scale in to make sure we had enough food for our guests. Training seems to be an issue-of 10 folks we could see in the kitchen, only one wore a mask correctly, 1 had no mask, four folks had them under their noses and another 4 worn as 'chin diapers'. I guess after the lunch rush, they had not restocked and only had about 1/2 their normal chicken salads for sale and no broccoli salad. Good news-the restaurant seemed clean and has a large outdoor dining area. Growing up in the south, chicken salad and pimento cheese remind me of my grandmother's!
